These terms govern purchases through the TORQ Moto online store (torqmoto.net). Ordering An order is placed on the site by adding products to the cart and filling in the delivery details. After submitting you receive an order number. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by phone or email. Prices and payment All prices are in euro, VAT included. The shipping fee is shown in the cart before confirmation. Payment: cash on delivery or bank transfer. Delivery We ship via Econt and Speedy within 1–3 business days after confirmation. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will offer a replacement, a wait or a refund. Returns You may withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt under the conditions described on the Returns & exchange page. Warranty The statutory conformity warranty applies to all products.
