Returns & exchange

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. Return conditions: • the product is unused and undamaged; • the original packaging, tags and all accessories are present; • helmets show no signs of wear, no scratches on the visor and the certification stickers are intact. How it works: call us or email info@torqmoto.net with your order number. We will send you instructions and the return address. The parcel is sent via Econt or Speedy at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 days after we receive and check the parcel. For exchanges we ship the new size or model as soon as the returned item arrives. Products with a factory defect are replaced or fully refunded, shipping included.
